Open Position: Personal Assistant(PA) The role requires full administrative and secretarial responsibilities, to ensure the smooth management of day to day affairs. A successful candidate will show initiative and be able to handle sensitive and complex matters in a professional and objective manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact and screen calls/correspondence and deal with them appropriately.
  • Control access to the Executive Director Designate
  • Full diary management (making appointments/rescheduling)
  • Organizing meetings and ensuring Executive Director Designate is fully prepared (agendas/pre-meeting briefs)
  • Taking minutes and distributing meeting documents
  • Liaising with relevant staff, suppliers and donors
  • Assist the Executive Director Designate in research and following up actions items
  • Manage travel arrangements and accommodation
  • Maintain office systems including data management & filing
  • Any other duties that may be reasonably required

Open Position: District Resource Officer/Manager The role requires full creative and innovative responsibility, to ensure the smooth management of Motivational workshops and other creative works for students and youth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, motivate and mentor the Program Coordination Team;
  • Oversee implementation of an effective performance management system and annual objectives for the program coordinators.
  • Organize Motivational workshops among students, Youth, and social workers at District Level.
  • To work in a rural area for organizing meetings and motivational workshops.
  • To work in the whole district for opening Youth Club for empowering talented youth and provide a golden opportunity for exploration.
  • Conduct monthly supervision meetings with the Program Coordinators.
  • Work with the program coordinators to prepare program budgets and work plans to be reviewed by the Director.
  • Develop a system and implement effective monitoring evaluation and reporting and use data collected to continuously improve services and ensure maximum impact for beneficiaries in programs.
  • Attend regular monthly meetings with the Director.
  • Submit monthly reports to the Director.
  • Attend Financial Committee meetings and Management Committee meetings.
  • Establish good working relationships and collaborative arrangements with community groups, and other organizations to help achieve the vision of the organization.

Open Position: Project & Programme Manager The purpose of this position is to provide overall program leadership for the Projects of KHWAB FOUNDATION and related outreach services. She/He will be responsible for delivering the organizational program plans including implementation, monitoring of progress, financial planning and oversight, coordination and provide motivational leadership for the program coordinators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, motivate and mentor the Program Coordination Team;
  • Oversee implementation of an effective performance management system and annual objectives for the program coordinators as per the organogram relevant to their contracts and job descriptions.
  •  Assist in the implementation of staff wellness initiatives with professional debrief.
  • Conduct monthly supervision meetings with the Program Coordinators.
  • Overseeing the drawing up of program budgets and ensuring these are followed in line with program spending in close consultation with the Finance Manager and Program Coordinators.
  • Work with the program coordinators to prepare program budgets and work plans to be reviewed by the Director.
  • Ensure payment requisitions are in line with the budget and sign petty cash forms for program expenditure.
  • Ensuring donor reports are completed and submitted by Program Coordinators are up to maxima standard before sending them to the Fundraiser.
  • Develop a system and implement effective monitoring evaluation and reporting and use data collected to continuously improve services and ensure maximum impact for beneficiaries in programs.
  • Attend regular monthly meetings with the Director.
  • Submit monthly reports to the Director.
  • Attend Financial Committee meetings and Management Committee meetings.
  • Maintain a register to identify and evaluate the key risks faced by the program and implement measures to control risks and communicating it to the Director.
  • Establish good working relationships and collaborative arrangements with community groups, and other organizations to help achieve the vision of the organization.

  • Open position: Fundraising Manager

KHWAB FOUNDATION seeks a Fundraising Lead, in a full-time position in its Motihari Office to identify & network with donor resources, write proposals and raise funds for long-term organizational sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • •Strategizing the approach to fundraising and creating different packages for different categories of donors with an aim to make the organization sustainable.
  • Conduct regular research, compile and maintain a database of domestic organizations.
  • Regularly monitor donor websites and identify donor opportunities that have thematic alignment with the work of the organization
  • Write concept notes, project ideas and project proposals and ensure their timely submission
  • Present proposals to senior donor stakeholders
  • Maintain relationships with existing donors and respond to their requests regularly and keep updating them about the work of the organization
  • Work with the marketing lead and help develop communications material for the organization such as a brochure, website, annual report, posters, etc.
  • Organize or provide assistance in organizing any fundraising events for the organization

Skills required for the Post :

Experience in fundraising, Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), Experience in managing senior corporate stakeholders, Experience in writing proposals, concept notes & designing presentations, Experience of project delivery and co-ordination, Excellent networking skills to develop new partnerships, Knowledge of social, enterprise sector, Business development experience in NGO or private sector Presentation skills, Knowledge of CSR funding and crowdfunding .
