Education Satyagraha: A fundamental need to make India grow
Today, not only our Champaran but the education system of the entire state and country is in ruins. Where private due to their proper education system came forward in advancing the children, but private education was not in the destiny of the poor. Today poor children have talent, so no platform and in which there is no talent, they are being made talented.
Those who have talent get a government school where the teachers who teach do not teach their children. The government school has become a symbol of the poor’s school. The same private school is the temple for the children of rich people.
Friends, when I sent a teacher to enroll 20 of my children (who are taught free by the Khwab Foundation.) At Gopal Sah Middle School in Motihari city, I was told that Janapul does not fall in our nutritious area. Nomination cannot be done. Then when I reached school yesterday, I was told that this is not a place to teach children. There is no teacher either, the principal told me the whole problem himself and only 4 teachers were present in 8 teachers and one teacher was teaching a group of children of class 1-5.
Now tell us whether we will go the same way in seeing Gandhi’s workplace. Do not think that adolescent Satyagraha is needed. Now, if you get it, then you can manage your future by planning ahead. Come forward and make the real meaning of Satyagraha meaningful.
To celebrate the Champaran Satyagraha centenary year, we started: “Satyagraha Talk”. Through “Satyagraha Talk”, we have discussed the problems of Champaran and our solutions, a constructive and positive initiative has been taken to solve the problems with public participation.
In this series, under the leadership of Munna Kumar, the founder of the Khwab Foundation, the problems and problems of the government education system were organized in the Evolved Middle School, Sirha Panchayat. During the talks in the program, many problems – solutions came out of which the main ones are:
a. Problem:
Teachers do not come to school on time due to which teachers and children who come on time stand on the road outside.
Solution:
To solve this problem, all the teachers resolved to come together in a single voice and talk to motivate the children to come on time by becoming ideal themselves.
b. Problem:
Not all children are provided with books
Solution:
Munna Kumar immediately called BEO Binda Ram, after talking, he said that I am not in charge of the book and immediately put the phone.
c. Number of children in school and proper arrangement of classes and teachers
Solution: By writing an application for this, a memo will be given to the BEO for its arrangement.
d. Discontinuation of MDM for 2 months has negative effect on the number of children
Solution: After talking to the MDM in-charge, Rajkumar said that rice is not coming in two months. After the election will be available in all schools from May 29.
e. Influencing the school by engaging in other activities besides teaching by the government
Solution: For this a comprehensive satyagraha is needed which is said by all the teachers in one voice.
Introducing the Champaran Satyagraha, the first talk of “Satyagraha Talk” was done in Sirha Panchayat, in which Shri Narayan Muniji described the role of the chief in the construction of Panchayat and development of Panchayat. This was his first such experience in his 84 years in which he described the program as tremendous. On the matter of development of Sirha Panchayat, the way the head and the head candidate appeared, it was seen that the concept of “Gram Swaraj” was coming true. All the candidates appeared and took a pledge to strengthen every aspect of development after the election in one voice. The program was coordinated by the Khwab Foundation. There is a need today that everyone should come together on one platform for their society and country and work together shoulder to shoulder in constructive works without any negative thinking.
To celebrate the Champaran Satyagraha centenary year, vigorous preparations are going on from government level to non-government level. A lot of alleged Gandhians and social workers are coming forward to beautify the post with the meeting and a plan is being made to hide the government crores of rupees for the program by monetizing the posts. I tried once that winning is also a social organization, came together to make Champaran developed by creative work, but here, if you get time by pulling each other’s legs, do not work together creatively. Because of my raising my voice, I am not invited to any Gandhian program of Motihari anymore. Well, whatever happens is good. The administration has to act like a puppet, those who are legally and will get the same guidelines, will do the same. These people cannot develop this Champaran, it is our birthplace, only we can make it develop. Let them fulfill the quorum by working at the government level, we also discharge our work kar janmabhoomi.
